I'm Mark Schwendau.
I draw and I write.
I am a retired technology (CAD-CAM / web design) professor after 40 years of teaching. I am living the retired life in the Rock River Valley, an area known for artists, writers and musicians. John Deere began his creative life just 21 miles from my home! Country singer Mo Pitney grew up even closer to me! About 100 years ago, people like me would have been called a "technical artist". That is a title I wish to bring back to life today. I have had a long sideline of newspaper editorial writing where I used the byline, “- bringing little known facts to people who simply want to know the truth.”
To the left are some of my most significant works I hope will live on long after I am gone. Some are copyrighted with restricted use while others I hold the copyright to and will freely grant you permission to reprint them with credit given. If in doubt, ask.
I thank God for the gifts He has given me. It has been a fun ride. I also want to thank the folks at Autodesk for making AutoCAD software. Becoming expert in that program has put money in my pocket.
I spent a year writing for Community Digital News where I was recognized as a senior staff writer and one of the top writers in their stable. That online news source was working to report the news neglected by the mainstream news media or covered with bias. My two areas of expertise are the 2020 Election Theft and the Covid-19 scamdemic and related fauxccines. I contributed over 200 articles in my time with them before they ceased operation. One I was really proud of was an article about Poopy's Biker Destination (Savanna, Illinois) and how owner Kevin Promenschenkel was suing Governor J.B. Pritzker to remain open during the Covid scamdemic. In that article I found 4 connections on how Pritzker was making money 4 different ways off of the Covid pandemic in 4 of his companies. Many of us were there Memorial Day 2020 in protest and violation of Pritzker's unconstitutional lockdown.
I was nationally recognized by What Finger News portal several times. The first time was when I drew a correlation between the "Death Spiral States" identified 20 years ago and how they are all blue states in serious trouble today. You can review a PDF of that article HERE. The second article was on Marjorie Taylor Greene perhaps being right about the idea of defunding the FBI. I also had one of my articles shared on a social media platform of My Pillow's CEO Mike Lindell for an article on election fraud. I have also had several articles picked up by the news aggregation website Discern Report.
More recently I have been a regular contributing writer at the Independent Sentinel HERE, and The Thinking Conservative HERE.
I am avilable for public speaking on a variety of topics. My opinions are not always popular but rather than identifying as left or right, I am a realist who has little tolerance for make believe. I call them as I see them and back what I see with logic.
In case you were wondering, Schwendau is a little village in Austria in the Tyrol region. Our family dates back to about 1400.
